What can I expect for training?

All new team members receive hands-on training with experienced staff. You’ll learn proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, product use, and the "Pith Avenue Standard" for detail and professionalism. Our goal is to set you up for confidence and success from day one, so you always know what excellence looks like in the spaces we care for.

How does scheduling work?

Scheduling is based on client needs and team availability. Most work takes place during consistent, predictable shifts, often in the evening for commercial spaces. We work to create reliable schedules and communicate clearly so you can plan your time with confidence.

What does a typical day look like and how long?

A typical shift includes traveling to assigned client locations and completing detailed cleaning tasks such as disinfecting surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and removing trash. Shift length varies by location and workload, but most shifts range from a few hours to full workdays depending on the role and schedule.

What can I expect for pay?

Pay is competitive and based on experience, availability, and position responsibilities. We believe in fair compensation for quality work and reliability. Specific pay details are discussed during the interview process so expectations are clear from the start.
