Introduction

At Pith Avenue Cleaners, we plan our services carefully to ensure consistency and quality for every client. To maintain this high standard, we ask that all schedule changes follow the guidelines below. Thank you for partnering with us to maintain a professional standard.

Notice Requirement

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service. Larger or specialty services may require additional notice, which will be communicated in advance.

How to Cancel

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted by phone or email to ensure your schedule is updated properly.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to a portion of the scheduled service cost. This helps cover reserved labor and operational time.

No-Show Appointments

If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the visit will be considered a no-show and may be billed in full.

Recurring Services

Clients with ongoing service agreements must provide notice prior to modifying, pausing, or canceling recurring visits. Contract terms may apply.

Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand unexpected situations arise. Emergency cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and handled with discretion whenever possible.

Refunds & Credits

Approved cancellations may be issued as a credit toward a future service rather than a refund.
