Our name draws from both the prestige of Fifth Avenue and the dual meaning of “pith", defined as the spongy inner part of a lemon that holds the fruit in tact, as well as the core, essential, and substantial quality of an experience. At Pith Avenue, we focus on the core of what truly matters in commercial cleaning: consistency, care, and atmosphere.
